I would like to write this short expression to tell everyone about the uniqueness of my loan officer, Jody Dent. My husband and I started working with him about 2 years ago, and I must confess, the experience has been great. The most beautiful ones were the two refinancings that were completed in less than 5 months for two of our properties. In between, we tried several other lenders, and they all failed. In the last few minutes, we reached out to Jody, and like a miracle, both deals were completed with ease. Jody is experienced, knows his numbers, is highly effective, and responds to all texts and emails in a timely manner. And sometimes he responds to our emails and text messages at midnight and on weekends, which we cannot take for granted. Thank you, Jody; we hope to do multiple deals this year.
